What kind of products do you sell?
Digital files you can download and use immediately: prompt packs, templates, planners, e-books, design assets, and code starters. Most are aimed at solo sellers, side-hustlers, and small-shop owners on platforms like Etsy and Gumroad.
What format are the files in?
It depends on the product. Each listing tells you the exact format upfront. Common ones: PDF, Markdown, JSON, ZIP archives bundling multiple file types, Canva template links, and editable Google Docs / Sheets.
Can I use these for commercial work?
Yes, with limits. Every product comes with a license that lets you use it in your own business — including for client work and resale of the resulting output. You may not, however, resell the original file as-is or claim it as your own product. The full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
Do you offer refunds?
Generally no, because once a digital file is downloaded we can’t recover it. Exceptions: broken files, materially misleading descriptions, accidental double purchases. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
What’s an “affiliate product” and how is it different?
Some items in our shop link to third-party stores (Etsy, Amazon, theme marketplaces, etc.) where another seller ships the actual product. We earn a small commission if you buy through our link, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate listings are clearly marked, and refunds for those go through the original seller.
How do I get re-download access if I lose my files?
Email us with the order email you used at checkout. If the original platform (Gumroad / Etsy) is still active, we’ll regenerate a download link. If you bought through a platform that’s since gone offline, we’ll send the files directly.
Do you offer custom work?
Not at this time. We focus on shipping reusable products for many people rather than one-offs. If a product almost fits your needs but is missing a piece, we’re happy to hear what would make it better — that often becomes the next version.
